  • Advising in respect of proposals for 5-star Hotel tall building in London
  • Representing a client at public inquiry in respect of Compulsory Purchase Order for 2500-unit estate renewal regeneration scheme
  • Acting for a luxury Hotel in Somerset on future development proposals including in respect of nutrient neutrality issues
  • Advising a private client affected by one of the largest ever breaches of planning control in England and Wales on a statutory challenge in the High Court
  • Negotiating a Section 106 Agreement for 900-unit residential scheme in Ramsgate on behalf of a developer client
  • Providing strategic advice to a leading charity on an application for DCO affecting its flagship gardens and representation throughout examination process
  • Advising an aviation charity on proposals for a new museum on a greenfield site in Surrey
  • Advising a consortium of landowners affected by application for Transport and Works Act Order for new Heritage Railway in Sussex
  • Acting for an Oxford College in respect of proposals for additional Student Accommodation and wider college redevelopment
